Well, here it is, since everyone got it right - its my Electrode evolution and im really proud of it
The ground thing is because it lives underground and learns Magnitude, Earthquake, and Fissure.
It is based on a mix of a Bomb and a Time Capsule..

Capsplode - The Explosion Pokemon
Type: Electric/Ground
Ability: Soundproof/Static
Name Meaning:Capsule-Explode
[Evolves from Electrode when it learns Earthquake]
Its prescence was not known til recently when it was discovered deep underground, thought to have been there for years. It has a massive brain which controls both its arms, these arms are used to prevent anyone from nearing the detonation button on its head, they return to the indents in its sides when asleep or burried. Its underground explosions cause fatal earthquakes.
