Based on the Wolf from the tale of the 3 Little Pigs, who had super house demolishing breath :dummy:

Basic Stage: Whisolf - The Whistling Pokemon
Type: Dark
Ability: Soundproof/Cloud Nine
Name Meaning: Whistle-Wolf
Evolves: lvl 25

When happy or excited, WHISOLF make a wolf-whistling noise. On windy days, they gather on ledges and tall rocks to whistle into the breeze. It is currently unknown why they do this, but the sound can travel for miles.

Ability: Soundproof/Cloud Nine
Name Meaning: Howl-Wolverine
Evolves: lvl 35

HOWOLVE are mostly nocturnal, and will gather in social groups to howl at the moon. They live in burrows in the forest.

Type: Dark
Ability: Soundproof/Cloud Nine
Name Meaning: Wolf-Galeforce

There is a famous fable about a WOLFORCE who blew down the houses of three PIGLITT, but wasn't able to move a BELLIG out of his way to eat them. The force behind the wind blasted from its mouth can knock flying pokemon from the sky.

I know there aren't many flying moves this thing could use, but if you make a pokemon who has legends of wind surrounding it, shouldn't it have flying as a typing? or at least ghost so ominous wind can get STAB.

It was originally part flying type, but then I thought; why not just let it use flying type moves instead. Besides I have way too many flying types already!

This would be a great starter I would rather see a starter other than the traditional starters like water, fire, grass....booooooring, so I could see this guy being a starter definately. I really think so because the fact it has 3 forms.
